Our office is very familiar with these carriers, and we strive to maximize your benefits.
We have direct phone access to the insurance companies which allow us to pre-authorize your benefits and treatment needs in 24 hours or less.

Payment for services is generally expected as they are rendered. You shall be given an estimate prior to treatment. Payment can be made by cash, check, and we accept all major credit cards.

We also have finance programs for larger cases if you qualify. Our staff will inform and explain your options. If you have insurance benefits, we will bill the carrier directly, and maximize your insurance for third party payment towards services rendered. Coverage is not guaranteed, and you should confirm your coverage with your health insurance provider.
